As everyone knows, "good help is hard to find", and dedicated good help is even harder to find! At Signal Office Supply there is a spirit among the employees that is hard to find at most companies.

This spirit is fostered by SOS's employee training program. Each employee, from delivery personnel, telephone ordering and accounting to account executives, is specially trained to handle their individual tasks. This means increased efficiency and very happy employees.

Telephone order personnel are trained for a minimum of 3 months on product knowledge, telephone courtesy, manufacturer selection for product availability, back order tracking, and special contract applications.

Our account executives are seasoned pros who know what you require and have expertise in thousands of office products, general line furniture, and even special order items. Many of our reps have been with Signal for over 10 years- that's dedication!

As well as being familiarized with their route, delivery personnel are also trained in customer relations. It's the extra personal attention that sets SOS apart from the competition.

Our accounting department is always available and eager to discuss your special billing requirements. All accounting personnel are trained to process your account with the utmost speed and accuracy.

You'll be no stranger to SOS when you call! Although many companies give you account numbers for your ID, we use only NAMES! If requested, SOS can assign specific order entry personnel to your account. This enables you to develop a close working relationship with someone who knows your ordering habits.
