Order Entry Capabilities

Standard Order Entry:
All orders are phoned directly to our qualified order entry personnel who will process your order and have it delivered to your door.

Remote Order Entry:
All orders are placed by you via special equipment over standard telephone lines, or your standard internet account using Internet Explorere or Netscape 4.61 browsers. Our newest offering includes E-Commerce type ordering with true on-line order-entry. This type of order entry allows :

  • Order Number Retention
  • Checking Status of Orders Placed
  • Leaving Messages with SYSOP.
  • Printing of Purchase Orders
  • Stock Room Maintenance v,ia Requisition Entry
  • Admin ability to  approve of orders placed by authorized users
  • Admin ability to add or delete users for order entry
  • Search capabilities for both supply and computer related items
  • Ability to create order based on past history (up to 4-years)
  • Contract order form which individually list all contract itmes
  • Office Supply Budgeting Capabilities: Ability to set and keep budgets by company, department or individual
  • Personal Quick Order List- ability to create and maintain an individual order form
  • Admin ability to allow users to view or not view pricing
  • Full color pictures with description and (optional pricing)
  • Requisition creation (personal or contract)

FaxIt Order Entry:
All orders are faxed to our location, and processed directly after transmission. If confirmation is requested, a re-transmission will be done within the hour. No special phone lines are needed.
 

Requisition/Order Pick Up:
One of our qualified Account Representatives will on a predetermined basis, make pickups of all requisitions and purchased orders. This includes special site visits with multiple locations.

Mail Carrier:
All purchase orders are mailed directly to our corporate offices for processing.
